NorthShore Skokie Hospital

I visited Skokie Emergency. Asked guard wearing PS4 company jacket at entrance of er for assistance but he was busy on his phone. I ask again but man’s was rude and ghetto and did not direct me properly. I his name and he say Corelo. I look for someone to make a complain later on and see a lady with 3 stripe patch talking to coelo about smoking marijuana and dispensaries. I try to make a complain to lady who say her name Rios who say she the director of security. She tell me Corelo her friend it’s okay if he on his phone and I needa wait patiently. Then they go back to talking about doing drugs.

I do not feel safe with these fools around.
